Chicago punk band Dead Split Egos have released their latest EP, entitled Ink. The band, featuring Nick Toppel on guitar / vocals, Brett Sullivan on bass, and Carl Screams on drums, has lined up Adam Bevel of Arkham for guest vocals on the kickoff track Fed Up With This World.
We spoke to frontman Nick Toppel about the record and the band.
My name is Nick and I am in a Chicago Hardcore Punk band called Dead Split Egos. All three of us in the band are straight edge and absolutely support what you are all about.
It would be really cool if you all could help us out, of course we will support you right back in any way we can. I know this sort of message is kinda weird to ask, but we really want to get involved with the straight edge community more than we have been able to in the past.
