It is with heavy heart that we feature the latest album from Atlanta doom grind band xREALISTx. Black Earth is the last EP from the band to feature guitarist Tariq Sardar, who passed away earlier this year prior to the album’s completion.

A month ago today, our guitarist, best friend, and brother, passed away. Over the last year of his life, we put our blood, sweat, and tears into this album. He was extremely proud of it, and I only wish he was still here to hear the final version. We hope you enjoy it as much as he did. Thank you.
